Berisha: former President Bamir Topi and Kreshnik Spahiu, corruption of judges appointments

Berisha: to appoint a judge from Durres to Tirana was paid 500 thousand euro, this is a Western intelligence report


It was expected to remove the immunity of the Albanian Parliament, during his speech the Prime Minister of Albania Sali Berisha has accused former President Bamir Topi and the Red and Black Alliance leader, Kreshnik Spahiu, that when they have been at the head of the High Council of Justice, have make appointments with the judges, being corrupted by hundreds of thousands of euro.
